### 보일러·난방 시설의 일반적인 문제

- **스케일.** 수관 보일러와 연관 보일러 튜브 내면에 스케일이 쌓이면 전열 성능이 떨어지므로 제거해야 합니다.
- **누설.** 튜브와 튜브-튜브시트 접합부를 진공 누설 검사하면 누설 위치를 정확히 찾을 수 있습니다.
- **튜브 교체.** 오버홀과 튜브 교체는 보통 난방 시즌 전후로 일정을 잡습니다.
