# Desalination Evaporator Assembly & Tubing

On-site fabrication, module assembly, bundle replacement and tube expansion for desalination evaporators. References include a 12-effect evaporator built on site and two evaporators of 1,721 t each assembled on site.

A module is a set of prefabricated materials or components put together to form an enclosed space or to perform a specific function. On desalination projects, module assembly comes in two kinds: structural modules and equipment modules.

Examples from our references: on-site assembly of two desalination evaporators for Hengli Petrochemical in Dalian, each weighing 1,721 t net, on an assembly yard of roughly 30,000 m²; and on-site fabrication of a 12-effect desalination evaporator for Jiangsu Qiulin Tenneng Equipment Co., Ltd. (October 2020, titanium tubes).

Depends on the number of effects and modules, the tube count and site conditions; the contract sets the final dates.
