### Expanding titanium and stainless tubes: thin walls leak easily if the joint is not right
- Situation: Condensers, heat exchangers and desalination evaporators with thin-wall titanium or stainless tubes, where the quality of the expanded joints decides whether the hydrotest passes first time: under-expanded joints seep and over-expansion damages the tube.
