### What petrochemical plants are up against

- **Short turnarounds.** Exchanger retubing is normally done during a planned turnaround, so tube specifications and quantities need to be confirmed well ahead.
- **Corrosion and fouling.** Corroded, leaking or fouled tubes lose heat transfer and call for cleaning, leak testing or retubing.
- **A range of tube materials.** Our references include both copper alloy and stainless steel retubes.
